From the screenshot provided by lokoyen, several transactions still took place in the account after the refund from mariesio's seller was made on the 22nd of June and other successful transaction on the 23rd of June before the limitation was placed.
So how do we know it's the refund that led to the limitation of Lokoyen's account?
