Substitute hot water with hot tea nah.
Dr recommended piriton for me and it relieved the cold.
Get hot water in a bucket...add a capful of that silverbird eucalyptus oil and use a heavy towel to cover your head....omo do it at night and you will have the best sleep ever....
Stay away from AC/ fan for now.
Paracetamol and VitC combo works too.
