There’s no such thing as “IP don cast”

It’s a common misconception.

IPs are network related functionalities and, as a result, aren’t tied to a specific hardware. It changes every time you turn on your data and multiple unrelated people in the same area can share the same IP.

So how can such thing “cast”?

Meta and all these platforms understand your Behavior patterns and devise authentication method. You’ll likely still get a ban even if you change phones.

Same thing when I tried it in the past.
Mailed their CS and they told me to switch network and clear cache. I did all of that and it was still the same.

What I think is that it's a bait to make you register on their platform. The bonus doesn't exist.

Was able to resolve it.

I just switched to Airtel

I had the problem with Glo and MTN
