Tips on planning an out door wedding this rainy season.

Don't let the weather get you down. No couple wishes for a rainy wedding day, just be prepare and make the best out of mother nature's gift. If you are having an outdoor venue for your reception, you need a plan B in place.
Check out our plan B tips-

TENT: go for a size of tent that will accommodate your guests.

DECORATION : don't be depress by the downpour, get a Decorator to design the tent, with the colour of the day.

USHERS : get ushers that will escort your guests with an umbrella from their car to the tent,so they don't get wet.

CAR HIRE : consider hiring car service operators to take your guests to your ceremony and reception. Especially if it's on a different location. This will make them arrive on time to the church and reception.

RAIN BOOT : get colourful rain boot for your ushers, and those doing the errand.

TIMING : have in mind that your guests maybe delayed due to downpour, so decide when to began the ceremony if earlier or later and try to consider guests who are already present.

VENDORS : consult with your food vendor to keep the meals hot, your beverage provider not to get the drinks too chilled, your photographers to get the best pictures, etc.
