It's a listed property online babe and from a verified property agency. My dear, at 200k p.a you will see a self con in Ajah, properties are been listed everyday. You just have to be online to see it first.

Thanks for the advice. Mind you, I never asked anyone to send me money for self con. A lot of persons have indicated interest and pictures and location have been sent.
Not everybody is a kid here, the matured ones are not new to this. I'm nobody's fool and vice versa.

No dear. I stay with a friend who is relocating out of Lagos this month, with rent due by December. Location is Ikorodu though but I am not the owner of the apartment.

I have a self contain in Allen, Ikeja. My rent will expire December ending but will move out before then, yearly rent is 400k.

If I budgeted 400k for a self con, then there would be no need for this appeal grin

....maybe I should have added in my post that it should be something affordable(150k max) for me though. Thanks dear, I appreciate your contribution.
