Sulu had plenty to celebrate this afternoon following the sensational merger announcement . The Zambian, who ruled the Ruby roost for the first time this week, sat in stunned disbelief when Big Brother announced that he would continue with his HoH duties and carry his fellow Housemates over the merger threshold, till Monday.

This afternoon, the Rubies won the Airtel Showdown and Zambian was supposed to swap Housemates. However, because of the merger, he was unable to. This, in effect, means Bimp is no longer Head of House.

A couple of weeks ago, a stressed Sulu expressed how hard he would fight to be Head of House, after the title had eluded him since the game began. After defeating all odds and winning last week, a couple more days at the helm is the icing on the cake.

It remains to be seen if Sulu will be able to handle 19 raucous Chasemates packed into a single House. After seeing how excited the Chasemates have been since the merger was announced, it is clear that Sulu has his work cut out for him.

Ghana’s evicted Big Brother The Chase housemate, Selly has revealed at a press conference in Accra that she may sue fellow housemate, Nando for defamation of character. She said ” Actually, my mum has threatened to take Nando on legally, which we have communicated to the BBA producers”. She said this in answering questions about claims by Nando that Selly had infested him with an STD.

She further explained: ” Nando and I did not have sexual intercourse; we made out, yes! And that was as far as it went. I am only hearing all these things outside of the house because I didn’t know about it while I was in the house so I didn’t get a chance to defend myself. So for the STI allegations that he is making, I am just waiting for Nando to come out so I can ask him how he got the STI. I have been tested and I don’t have any background of STI or STD so I don’t know how Nando contracted the disease that he claims he has.”
