Yes, and video games don't have addictive tendencies ? I agree with some of your points though. Brain training, some researchers are on the other end as well.

Opinion: video games are both blessing and curse wrapped up like a pie. it's fun, but gradually withdraws the player from people around him/her. Proper social skills become deficient. We've heard many instances where children cease coming to the dining room to have a meal with the family, difficulty in having an ' actual ' conversation with ' real ' people, become so angry when NEPA cuts supply of electricity, bullying of siblings when game console is ceased and the list goes on. And to some extent, i use to have some of these traits before i desensitized myself from playing video games. do they make one dull or smarter? definitely dull. i smart sha
