4. Your declaration of age would have to be 10 years before this year. If you forge one, you will be caught since verification will be done at your place of declaration to ascertain the date of declaration since others would have done on the same date and list with you.
5. You have to six feet or very near. Near here is also defined by your sponsor.
6. You have to be athletic in your appearance since looking bulky gets you left out.
7. Your state of origin cert. too has to be 10 years or more old. Subject to verification too.
8. You have to be among the highest scores in your state in the just concluded test.

Sam95 One thing I know is that if recruitment in2 DSS is tempered with by so called nepotism and what have you, then automatically the core of Nigeria integrity have been dismantled. That will be the last straw to break the camel's back of Nigeria development particularly in norms, criminal issues and threats.


Nepotism is the bedrock of federal govt jobs since the days of Adam.

Most people here don't really know what you are up against. The DSS recruitment process is probably going to be one of the toughest u will go thru. It is 10 ppl per state. 3 candidate is to emerge from each senatorial district plus the best overall candidate.

It is not always about the best brains. There will be nominated candidates from top politicians who will be amongst the ten regardless of their performance in the test. If u don't have connections, plz know that out of the over two thousand applicants from your state, only 2 will be picked (on merit).

Why am I writing this? Definitely not to dampen your spirit but to remind you if you have forgotten dt it is not a do or die thing. The chances dt u won't be employed is much more higher than the chances dt u will be... So, relax. Calm down.. Don't put all your eggs in one basket.

U are going to say that u have God and dt u are praying? Ok. But so does odas. In fact more than 60 percent of dos who applied in your state are praying to God too.

It all boil down on how you work with your God and your determination to go extra limit on your preparation
