The energy Osimen was displaying that night is suspicious to be honest , I was wondering where he got that kind of strength .

I’m glad it came out negative o , because I find it difficult myself to believe that someone will display that amount of energy without being under the influence of something .

CelebritiesDespite My Family’s History With Christianity, I Am A Juju Worshipper by ELsmile(op): 12:26pm On Jan 19, 2024
Grammy-nominated afrobeat artist Seun Kuti has asserted that his family played a significant role in the establishment of the Anglican Church in Nigeria.

According to NewsNow, Kuti’s great grandfather, Josiah Ransome-Kuti, and his grandfather, Reverend Israel Oludotun Ransome-Kuti, served as Anglican ministers during the colonial era in Nigeria.

Despite his family’s involvement in spreading Christianity in Nigeria, the singer has openly stated that he does not adhere to the religion and instead identifies as a “juju” worshipper.

During a conversation on the latest episode of the Spill With Phyna podcast, Kuti encouraged fellow Africans to reconnect with traditional African religions.

He expressed, “ it was my family that started the Anglican side of Christianity in this country, if you look back at it. We are among the pioneers. So, we’ve been there, we’ve done that and we’ve moved on. And we hope Africans can follow suit.

“I don’t go to church. Na juju me I dey do.”

PoliticsRe: Ohanaeze Seeks Meeting With Tinubu To Discuss Nnamdi Kanu’s Release by ELsmile(op): 12:23pm On Jan 19, 2024
Independence, Freedom or break-away does not come easily,
Kanu is d lamb to for the sacrifice.
BUT ...
PoliticsOhanaeze Seeks Meeting With Tinubu To Discuss Nnamdi Kanu’s Release by ELsmile(op): 12:07pm On Jan 19, 2024
The Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide has announced its intention to meet with President Bola Tinubu to advocate for the release of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra.

During a courtesy visit to the leadership of the Supreme Council of Nigeria Traditional Rulers, Southeast chapter, headed by President HRM Eze Iheanyichukwu Nwokenna of Abia State, at his Glass House Orji-Owerri office complex, the President of Ohanaeze, Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, revealed this plan on Saturday.

The visit to the president will focus on various issues affecting the people of the South East geopolitical zone.

Iwuanyanwu stated that the effort to secure the release of the secessionist from the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS) had become necessary due to the worsening security situation in the region.

He also addressed the fact that certain individuals are exploiting Kanu’s name and detention to commit crimes in the region, emphasizing that they are only pursuing their own selfish interests.

Your request (Supreme Council of Nigeria Traditional Rulers, South East chapter) and solidarity visit have reinvigorated my leadership intention to see President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on issues concerning the Igbo ethnic group, particularly the need to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu of IPOB. His continuous detention is amplifying insecurity in the Southeast.

“Once he is released, any person or group instigating insecurity or crisis in Igboland using his name or detention will be held accountable.

“Some people and groups are unlawfully taking advantage of his popularity and detention to cause unnecessary trouble and problems in the entire Southeast for their own selfish interests. Peace and stability must prevail in Igboland.

“The immediate release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will undoubtedly restore sanity,” he affirmed.

I get this strong feeling that the best we can get from today's match against Cote de ivoire is a score draw..
If we follow too much motivational speech and try to go and win the match we go leave our porous back that will result to a penalty and a red card...
ivory coast will convert a last minute penalty to win it at 3-2.
If however I heanacho turns up ( not osinhmen...because senior man has more football sense ) then we can win the match with a 3-2 scoreline
Expect some fireworks 🔥 , dirty play/antics, home crowd pressure and referee empathy with host country. Osinmhen will score a goal, Lukeman will score but iheanacho will be our Trump card with a goal and some assists...
Disclaimer: THESE I HAVE NOT SEEN grin
Impossible is nothing 💪
