uninterrupted power supply is impossible here in Lagos. you can only have 24 hours light using solar, even big places like VI, Ikoyi and Lekki sometimes dont have up to 6hours light. i came accross one solar system in my sister's house Smarter Grid International (SGI). The way my sis brags about it, her TV, bulbs, fans, Laptop and phones are powered by it, she claims the battery is Lithium-iron phosphate and not Lead acid making it better than all other solar product. i dont know how true it is but if it works fine for a month i will gladly get my own solar.
