To oversee the entire production process. The quality control officer, the HRM and the maintenance officer reports to the production manager. The production manager ensures that the unit heads carry out their duties effectively.
Should be able to utilize resources efficiently.
Ability to relate with and manage the work force.
Resumes work by 8am to close by 4pm.


ELIGIBILTY
Male, not less than 28 years of age, should be a certified project manager or has an experience in project management. To hold a degree in plant science or animal science with a minimum of second class(lower division).
