2.Seller send Offer to Buyer
3. Buyer respond by accepting the offer
4. Seller send Proforma invoice to seller to process the BG
5. Buyer bank inform the Seller bank that they are in the process of raising the BG for the transaction and ask the seller bank to confirm the proof of product apart from Bill of Laden(BL)
6. Seller bank confirmed proof of product apart from Bill of Laden(BL) to Buyer bank
7. Buyer bank release BG to Seller bank
8. Original shipping documents including Bill of Laden(BL) is forwarded to buyer bank by seller bank and thereafter payment is made.

SELLER'S SIDE OF COMMISSION IS 100% CLOSED,WHILE BUYER'S SIDE COMMISSION IS 100% OPEN
