ekineme: OP This your analysis is biased. I won't be surprised if a deeper search shows you are Muslim, because they has been a correlation between most Nigerian Muslims and hate for israel, to an extent that they support terrorist groups like Hamas,Hezbollah and IRGC just because of their hatred for Israel(God's own people).
Back to the topic, US relationship with Israel can be best argued as symbiotic relationship, both nations benefit from each other. It might interest you to know that some technological invention that place US at the top of the pyramid was invented by Jews. So it will make sense that their homeland benefits from the outcome of such innovations.
2. US has been supporting other nations and giving military assistance to them including Gaza, just do a deep search of US military assistance to Israel neighbours, you will understand its US foreign policy military aid, and its not only Israel that benefits, so why single out Israel out. 3. Groups like Hezbollah and hamas are been funded by foreign allies. So do you expect US to abandon their allies?
Theres a reason US is Israel ally and its for assistance. Every nation has ally, Nigeria has historically assisted the Nigerien military through cooperative border security drills, joint patrols, intelligence sharing, and coordinated offensives against transnational threats.etc He is a muslim and supports hamas, Hezbollah, boko haram, etc. So you sef get time read wetin he vomit? I no read am. I no need to bother because na normal conjucture. The good thing is that Israel has been restored her land and no demon, not even standing himself can remove her from it. Rather, she is recovering her lost lands like Judea and Samaria, Gaza, etc. |

I do not think it is proper to mock people in such unfortunate situation. Especially when it concerns children who are not responsible for the choices of thier parents.
But are the people ready to help themselves?
Apc members in that local government where the kidnapping occurred came out to vote overwhelmingly for bat in the last apc presidential primaries election.
Notwithstanding, victims, especially children, should never be used to say, 'I told you so'. What do you think would have been the response of the southwest if this happened during GEJ's time. Imagine the abysmal level security has sank from 2015 to date. |

Namaster: EXCELLENT!
This is the WAY.
Children CANNOT go from school to TERRORISTS' den and everything will remain business as USUAL.
The WHOLE of Oyo and ALL the country should have been SHUT DOWN immediately the attack happened.
But Nigerians are too USED to calamity.
Nigeria has Airforce. Nigeria has Army. Nigeria has Navy. Nigeria has DSS. Nigeria has NSCDC. Nigeria has US Military.
Yet children remain CAPTURED by illiterate TERRORISTS who use them to create TORTURE porn on Social Media.
How hard is it to DUMP all these UNIFORMED forkers in the forest until they EMERGE with those CAPTIVES or NOT emerge at all.
The degree of INSECURITY in Nigeria right now is UNPRECEDENTED. Yet the ONLY time the President deemed it fit to declare a State of Emergency was to address Political Rascality.
MADNESS! Nigeria has Airforce. Nigeria has Army. Nigeria has Navy. Nigeria has DSS. Nigeria has NSCDC. All the above are under Tinubu. Tinubu is the C-in-C. Netanyahu is there doing his best to keep his country safe. Same with Zelensky. What is Tinubu doing? The bulk stops at his table. There was no political rascality in Rivers State. Did the Biafrans have access to modern weapons and tech and financial support compared to the Ukraine and Iran you're mentioning.
Ukraine was being assisted by US and NATO Iran was assisted by Russia and China
Boko Haram and Hamas have sponsors which is why they've lasted this long
Which world power assisted the Biafrans?

Politics › Re: Ojukwu Is A Total Failure Not A Hero by Elusive001: 6:23am On May 30 |
youngEmelex: Ukraine has resisted Russia for 5 years and counting. Most people thought Ukraine will fall in 5 months, but this is 5 years and they are still gallantly fighting. When Israel launched attack on Hamas, everyone expected Hamas to be obliterated but yet, they still have fighters till date. Same with Iran, despite loosing their leaders on the first day of war, yet they fought until America forcefully returned to the negotiation table. These analogies bring me to my topic which is on how Ojukwu abandoned Biafrans and fled just in 2 and half years of war forcing the remnant soldiers to surrender. Ojukwu had the home advantage even though he doesn't have the war equipment to match that of Nigerian forces. He would have adopted guerilla warfare. Nigerian forces were encroaching into your territory for crying out loud, what stopped you from digging trenches and laying ambushes for them. Cut off your major roads, lock your territory and destroy any intruding object wether living or non living thing. Could you imagine that BokoHaram has not been conquered in 17 years by the same forces that destroyed Ojukwu within 2 years. BokoHaram doesn't have upto a million people neither do they have home base yet they stand undefeated in 17 years. Even the militants in the Niger Delta dealt with Buhari and his Navy in 2016 until Buhari surrendered and opted for negotiations instead. Simon Ekpa's militia headed by Gentle d Yahoo ceased territories and mounted Biafran flag for 5 years until Finland jailed him. So how did Ojukwu loose to these people who have never won any war in their history. This simply shows that Ojukwu was a big time failure who the Igbos would never had trusted. I even read that he killed experienced warlords like Victor Banjo and some others when he himself knew nothing about warfare Bros, as a new recruit, you need orientation. Please, where are all those APC/corruption defenders, on board this guy. |

stepaside1: He met non oil revenue target but not the oil revenue one which is much bigger. Reason why Wale Edun made that outburst which seemed to contradict his boss.
Wale Edun as Finance Minister and the budget office DG are the first people to blame for not been diligent enough in challenging the basis of oil revenue projections because so much depends on it. It is not enough to put your hands up in the sky and say, see oil price was lower than budgeted or that oil volume targets couldn't be met. There are consequences for that as the President ultimately bears responsibility.
NB - we are having a conversation. Need to keep it civil. Bros abeg go and rest. No disgrace yourself here. Your Tinubu’s government said that thr6 earned more from non-oil sector. The government increase levies, taxes, everything. It said that it met OPEC quota. Go and rest |

Today there are all sorts of digital safeguards against wasteful expenditure, embezzlement, fraudulent procurement, etc.
In fact Tinubu is training over 1000 Procurement Officers in Nigeria First policies to prevent Capital Flight with regard to contracts.

JUST CAREFUL SPENDING WITHOUT THROWING AWAY MONEY TO CORRUPTION! Are you guys okay at all? Let me even follow this you deficient line of thought. Why do the borrowing if he won't utilise it? stepaside1: Good to see the report in full. My guess is that projected oil revenues fell way short from a volume and price perspective that the additional shortfall on top of the existing budget deficit has to be covered through borrowings, majority of which will go into recurrent expenditure. Of course capital allocations will be the first to suffer. Those that are familiar with managing corporate organisations will understand this. Will you keep quiet there?
