The FCT Court sitting in Abuja in a judgement by Honourable Justice Binta Mohammed validated Mbah's NYSC certificate, and equally ruled that any issue regarding Mbah's NYSC is statute-barred. So people celebrating the rejection should just understand that the law knows the truth and the truth at the right time shall be backed up by all the evidence availablep, because Mbah actually and accurately submitted his original NYSC Certificate. He has used several fora to inform the public on how he finished his Law Degree at University of East London, United Kingdom, came back to do his NYSC program and Law School, how NYSC mobilized him, how he completed his Bar 1 and Bar 2 of his Law School and how he wrote a letter to the NYSC informing them of his Call-up for Law School Bar Final and how NYSC Signed his letter in acknowledgement that he should proceed for his Bar Final. He equally explained how he completed his NYSC after his Bar final and was duly offered a Certificate (NYSC) for serving his Father land (as a Law graduate and a bonafide citizen of the country).
