Politics › Re: Federal Government To Send Job Creation Bill To National Assembly by ely4real: 11:06pm On Feb 17, 2015 |
wnycom: The Federal Government will soon forward Job Bill to the National Assembly for enactment into law.
This was one of the decisions reached at the second meeting of the Presidential Jobs Board presided over by Vice President Namadi Sambo at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr. Olusegun Aganga, briefed State House correspondents of the meeting’s outcome.
Aganga said the decision to send a bill to the National Assembly on job creation was to ensure that there are policies backing up any decision taken by the government on the matter.
He said, “Another area of discussion is to make sure that whatever we decide, we will back them with policies and with a bill that is going to the National Assembly.
“Today, we deliberated on the proposals for the new jobs policies and Jobs Bill that will be taken to the National Assembly, which has about 10 or 15 different sections.
“We had very rich contributions from members, public and private sector and we will be sending that to members, we will consult widely but we hope to have Job Act in place definitely before the end of this administration.”
The minister added that the council also decided to create job centres in all state capitals across the country.
He said the centres would serve as one-stop shops for job seekers nationwide.

emmysam2: @ Sojiformular, I do not agree with your analysis. If the account statement uploaded by posteritychild (is actually the salary alert for Level8 ) says NOV 2013 Salary, why would you come with a contrary analysis to tell people it is for Oct /Nov salary and all what not? It is stated ''November 2013 salary'' , it would have stated Oct/ Nov 2013 salary. This is a clear case that doesnt warrant a debate. Why will you see white call it black? Are you saying there was a mistake in the credit analysis? Are you in NIMC Accounts Dept or the Bank personel that posted the Transaction? Anyway from my yrs of banking experience, a transaction analysis is always clearly stated to capture a true picture of the financial statement. And that was clearly done - as ''NOV 2013 salary''. Unless you are very very sure of your fact and can prove beyond doubt that the Banking officer that posted that transaction commited an error of ommission of not capturing the true details as ''Oct/ Nov salary'', then you dont have a point , And as such, the salary captured was for a single month of NOV 2013 as stated. Period! . In Nimc when you receive alert for salary even if the salary is for 3 months or more it is the month they pay you that will be stated. Pls don't be decieved that salary is for october and november. Soon u will be paid for december then u will believe |
