Hi guys,

Is anyone familiar with the documents needed for a RESEARCHER Visa. BLS said they don't handle this and I should contact the consulate. The consulate does not allow in-person inquiries without an appointment. Only the emergency line works and that is for Spanish Citizens. The other phone numbers do not work (apparently, they are aware of this). All my emails have not been responded to. Only the legalization team is responsive.

Has anyone applied for this? The Legalization process is clear to me. I just want to know:
1. The documents needed to ensure there is no difference with what is listed in the link above.
2. How to schedule an appointment since I can't do that with BLS
