I eventually tested today. it’s a BFP my people.
WIDD

I took folic acid every day from day1 if my cycle.
Hubby and I took the weekend to a neighboring town during my ovulation window just to spend time together and avoid distractions from our toddler.

I prayed and spoke positive about it. Infact I did all the research and switched my period tracker to pregnancy mode. God bless all the mamas here and give BFP and babies in Jesus mighty name.

Porting to the pregnancy thread!!!
Congratulations. You did IVF or IUI and which hospital?

Hope ur retrieval went well?

Watch out for bloating and constipation after retrieval.
The basic thing is to take lots of water. Some people suggested coconut water and eggs.
Eat lots of vegetables, fruits and protein.

After transfer take things a bit easier than before incase u have a strenuous job.

I don't recommend bed rest cos u need blood circulation to ur uterus.

Just don't lift heavy things or do strenuous exercises. You can take walks.

There are suggestions like, socks for a few days, pineapple core for 5 days, not bathing for a few days (but all of these are neither here nor there).

Above all, please Pray!!!
Kindly share update please and the hospital used

It is well. Don't throw away the one million sha. Go to the one with better success rates. It may not be Olive branch. Do your findings. Is it not ICSI you want to do? Not every fertility hospital can do this one well. You need a very reputable clinic that has high success rate in ICSI not just IVF. It's not guaranteed but we can do our best too to help ourselves get the best. God will continue to help us all.
Amen!

Emaaaaaaa ,why don't you find out more about Olive branch for Lagos IVF? At least, I heard the Dr there is very meticulous and has an eye for perfection. So he may likely put his all into the procedure. Though, I heard that he's also a bit cocky. Don't know if this has changed now. But you know what you want, so one can choose to overlook any negative thing and concentrate on getting that bfp.

For Abuja, Grabbo and Diff fertility hospitals (spelling check). Diff has the best records for difficult cases. Very expensive though.
Thank you sis for the advice. I would have preferred Olive branch because things are really working for them. IVF success rate is high but IVF/ICSI cost 1.6million. I only have 1million with me now
HealthRe: Anyone Trying IVF/IUI/ICSI (Fertility Treatments)? by Emaaaaaaa: 4:13pm On Jun 23, 2019

The success rate of IVF at Kingswill is low now. Recently, they transferred 11embryo to 11people. Only two came out positive.

Before now, If Kingswill fertility transfer 10embryo to 10people, only one or two we will be negative.

Things are not really going well with them now. I visited the place last two week. The story from people was not really encouraging

Please guys DO NOT USE KINGSWILL SPECIALIST HOSPITAL for your IVF treatments. I speak from my own experience. Money wasted, emotionally drained & a ton of patients whose procedures all turned out negative just like mine.

I wish I had known better.
This is not a bad publicity or to run down Kinsley's business but a kind warning to my lovely sisters in waiting. May God meet us at the point of our need, Amen!
Thank you Madam for sharing your experience and saving us from bad fertility hospital called Kingswill. I really that God that I've not paid yet

fusion best during promo season can be as low as 750k . I cycled with them once . BFN . I did not enjoy the experience but a few people have had positive results with them . Although nothing good is cheap, I know a sister here who cycled with Garki hospital with 600k and the Lord answered her prayers ,it is not he that willeth or runneth but the Lord who shows mercy my sister . I am saving to go back to The Bridge clinic. All the very best . May God show you favour with any decision you finally take. You are in my prayers
Thanks sis

Good day ma,my mothers in the house,I don't no what is going on in my body system,okey,1 or 2 weeks before my period I do feel breast pain, tenderness and hotness. About two days ago have been feeling burning sensation in my left breast which radiate to my hand and legs, but I notice whenever I press my nipple water do come out of it.please if anyone has experienced this and has overcame it please tell me ma.thanks God bless u.
Nipple discharge is any fluid or other liquid that comes out of your nipple. You might have to squeeze the nipple to get the fluid to come out, or it could seep out on its own.

Nipple discharge is common during your reproductive years, even if you’re not pregnant or breastfeeding. Discharge is usually not serious. Still, it can be a sign of breast cancer, so it’s worth seeing your doctor about

Discharge can also come in a few different textures. For example, it may be thick, thin, or sticky.

The discharge might come out of just one nipple or both nipples. And it can leak out on its own or only when you squeeze the nipple.

Some other symptoms you might have with nipple discharge include:

breast pain or tenderness
lump or swelling in the breast or around the nipple
nipple changes, like turning inward, dimpling, changing color, itching, or scaling
redness
breast size changes, such as one breast that’s larger or smaller than the other
fever
missed periods
nausea or vomiting
fatigue
Causes
When you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, small amounts of milk might leak out of your breasts. The leakage can start early in your pregnancy, and you could continue to see milk for up to two or three years after you stop breastfeeding.

However, women who aren’t pregnant or breastfeeding may have discharge as well. Other causes of nipple discharge include:

birth control pills
breast infection or abscess
duct papilloma, a harmless wart-like growth in your milk duct
drugs that increase levels of the milk-producing hormone prolactin, such as antidepressants and tranquilizers
excess stimulation of the breast or nipple
fibrocystic breasts
hormone changes during your period or menopause
injury to the breast
mammary duct ectasia, a blocked milk duct
prolactinoma, a noncancerous tumor of the pituitary gland
underactive thyroid gland
breast cancer

Danny4God:
How much is IUI?
The price vary from N150,000-250,000 for one cycle. The fertility hospital used will determine the price.
HealthRe: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by Emaaaaaaa: 9:44am On Jun 21, 2019
Gloriousheart:
I suggest you start with one or two cycles of IUI first depending on your perculiar case. If it doesn't work out, you can then think of moving on to IVF. Paying back a loan for a failed IVF will be too painful though it will also be worth it if it works out. Fertility blessings.
Intrauterine insemination is effective for some cases with sperm quality problems. However, if the total motile count at the time of insemination (after processing) is less than 5 million, chances for pregnancy with IUI are much lower(2%). If the total motile sperm count is below 1 to 5 million, IVF/ICIS is preferred

IUI is for people that her hubby has more than 5million sperm count. Like me now, I can't do IUI because my husband sperm count is very low

I don't think my husband will agree to that. His salary account is even Access bank but I can't force him. I have been trying to save up some money but that might take long.I just liked the part that they refund 30% if d procedure fails,it means the hospitals will really do their best. I am based in Rivers state.
Madam, you can call the HMO lady and explain things to her, she might help.

Thanks for your quick response but unfortunately my net salary for the month is not up to #100000k. Is there anything I can do?
from my own findings, you can use any thirty party account(Any body) or your husband account.
