So the issue I’m having is, I used an agent the first time for my application, got denied. Now I decided to do it on my own, so I created a profile with a different email from the one my agent created. When I tried to apply, I was told duplicate applicant for this user. So I retrieved the other account from the agent and to apply with it and I still got the same message. Any ideas how I can go about it?

Pls how did you resolve it? I got denied in February and I’m trying to reapply but it just says duplicate user. Been on this now since 1st of March
