Job Description:
Key responsibilities

Manage the office, telephone calls, emails, and visitors.

Receive customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and personnel files.

Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and staff documentation.

Maintain office supplies and administrative records.

Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting schedules.

Receive and document customer orders before forwarding them to the sales or order-processing team.

Maintain a register of customer complaints and ensure follow-up.

Coordinate basic logistics and delivery documentation.

Maintain confidentiality and enforce company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

HND or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline.

Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and basic office administration.

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in a startup environment.

Experience in pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare, FMCG, or wholesale operations is an advantage.

Proposed performance indicators

Accuracy and completeness of employee records.

Timely preparation of administrative reports.

Response time to customer inquiries.

Accuracy of order documentation.

Attendance and personnel records updated consistently.

Key Accountabilities
