Hey, I had this problem for months, their visa application system is very rigorous, getting the appointment date is a massive hurdle.

It’s best to email the consulate (not the study visa email you previously sent an email to, but the consulate’s email it self and ask them for what you did wrong.

If you didn’t follow the instructions, they’ll tell you. If it’s a matter that you sent your email seconds after 8am (because seconds matter as the emails are dealt with chronologically depending on which email comes in first and the spaces are usually limited (15-20 spaces per month booked a month in advance).
