Good evening all… About 1 week and few days i resigned from a reputable bank as a DSA for a trading compay and I work as a retention agent. My reason resigning my DSA job was because of pressure of meeting my monthly targets, waking up so early for work and also the pay was too little for me… I wasn’t doing really bad as a Dsa but this new job pays triple of my old job. Now I am still under training with my new trading job but I discovered the pressure as a retention agent here is even more worse then the Dsa job but the pay is good with no job security… Im beginning to wonder if I made the right choice resigning the Dsa job for this new job… Cos what I’m seeing here already as a trainy as a retention again mmmm… Pls I need advice and encouragement 🙏 |
