I think to save us and the school some trouble, we either report them or inform them

So I called the school and they said it was going to be an exam, which is against jamb and the ministry of education.
Every other school has changed its admission process except ours.
Shouldn't we report them or inform them that exams are now illegal?

With a jamb score of 200, If I apply for computer science/statistics, which doesn't have up to 20 applicants, rather than computer science which has over a thousand applicants, will my admission be guaranteed?
