Hello Bizbloke, Well explained and we'll understood. Okay just give me a quote for the laptops as if they were ordered together. Bear in mind that I have N67360 so it should be deducted and then it should be deducted from the total amount. I have the money ready to pay for the second item. I'll like to get the quotation before banks close. |
Hello Bizbloke, Reading through your thread and seeing everyone give positive feedbacks it makes me wonder why it was mine that chose to go wrong. I read the mail you sent to me, only if you had sent such earlier stating the problems it encountered I wouldn't have been so worried. I still have mixed feelings about using your US procurement team but I don't want to be disappointed again. But then 6 out of seven items I purchased from China and US got to me in good condition. If I have to use this US procurement again, cause I plan to buy another laptop asap. I'm I guaranteed it would come in as scheduled or at least I'll be properly informed if there are delays. But meanwhile here's a link below I'll need two of this particular item. One will serve as a replacement for the Toshiba as they are of the same price. This laptop has killed my reputation, I believe this laptop was purchased from a Canadian site because it is a Canadian spec..The link I provided isn't a from a Canadian site as I am aware you don't procure from Canada.. Hello Bizbloke, I have received my packages in good condition. Your delivery was just as promised by Mr Tochukwu. Now unto my grievance, I had earlier promised to write a review about this purchase, not yet until I resolve this issue I have. To my utmost surprise, 1, This laptop isn't the same laptop I asked for. 2. It doesn't have the same processor as the one I placed an order for. (amd E1 instead of Amd A6) n.b E1 is a cheap processor. 3. It's not brand new. N.B. I ordered for brand new. 4. It has scratches on it. 5. It has dents 6. It didn't come with all the nylon and manuals a brand new laptop comes with. 7. The laptop screen isn't covered in the usual white paper bag that prevents the screen from scratching. 8. The laptop didnt show any first time start up signs. 9. The laptop isn't the same model with the one I ordered. Please before I go further,please send me the link forwarded to you for this laptop and the invoice which is very important. Please get in touch with your US procurement team and resolve this. I'm very positive that this also is a mistake cause I hold specuit cargo in such high esteem that I don't think that they would join in this business of exploitation. Reply asap. |

Okay I'm grateful, I'll pay the balance this morning. Please the balance is N9200 as against N10700 which is what was sent to 360tech. If you recall I had to replace the link for the laptop. At that time the laptop was $299, while the former was $309. I contacted Mr Tochukwu yesterday about delivery to owerri. |

I was told last week that it would come in last week Friday n I can pick up today or tomorrow. Now you are saying it will arrive this evening. My questions are. Is the laptop in Nigeria? If yes, when did it come in? If no, what is the delay? When can I pick it up? Please ur method of relaying info can and should be improved. I should be able to know where my parcel is if not in real time then as soon as there is news (good or bad) about it. That hasn't been the case on this laptop. I'm saying this because most of the answers I got via mail esp about the laptop have been vague. I believe you are doing all you can to get it to me but in terms of communicating to me or my colleague about this laptop and the issues it's having has been poor..Often now I have to lie to my client because I don't even know the truth about it. Even if the news doesn't favor me please let me know. Although unlike the laptop I got very clear replies about the China. Shipment. Add grease, I mean more grease to your elbow. |
