For those complaining about Etisalat, it can only be a proxy setting or apn change.

Totally, you have the right to modify and/or cancel an order. However, I wouldn't term the Accounts Team decision as unfair. Here's why: the replacement was a separate order and the additional laptop, a separate order. If two or three, four or five or six products are not paid for at the same time, that counts as separate orders even if they are identical in nature (twin or triplet, quadruplet or quintuplet or sextuplet, etc.) as is the case with yours. I billed together in order to avoid confusion.

Notwithstanding, I'll talk with the Accounts Team in order to reach a better decision for you, one which is borne out of the fact that you got a wrong laptop in the first scenario. Hopefully, the Cancellation Fee is halved to accommodate your losses to an extent.

This is not fair, please you need to help me I can't afford to lose 4k just cause I cancelled an order.
You recall I told you that because you were able to explain to me I would not cancel the order anymore but rather pay in more money to buy the two (2) of. The same laptop, one as a replacement and a second one.
Please mail your accounts team n let them know it was one order and not two. I have the right to modify an order.
Please please please, I've lost enough money on this particular order. I even paid to have the wrong item delivered to me, I also spent money to send it back to lagos, I'll lose an extra N2000 for cancelation.

2. Sorry but we can't purchase ASAP if a Best Buy store pick up is much better and efficient than online purchase and wait time for freight to Specuit Cargo (USA) is more than the store pick up. I believe this was explained to you. ASAP purchase is done if there's no extra instruction from the client and/or if the above reason in the first sentence of this paragraph stands.

3. I can see that from my end and I actually did before you got an invoice, else I'd not be able to estimate invoices and Local Freight Fees from whatever part of the world I'm in at any point in time. There were about 5 Best Buy store pick ups available soon as you posted your link.

Good morning, although it isn't so good for me.
I got a mail from US procurement saying the laptops aren't available for Store pick up. Even worse is the fact the laptop price has gone up to $379.99 abs not available anymore for shipping.
So to save my face and that of my business I'll refund the customers. I'll like the refund today help me facilitate that today I'll really appreciate.

So just a tip that can help you guys especially when buying from bestbuy
1. Check the availability of shipping of the item before or after you send quotation not when u are ready to purchase.
2. Bestbuy deals usually last for a week or two on special occasions as in my own case so purchase the item asap
3.. Best buy store pickup isn't available in all stores, so check for availability before or just after the quotation.
