The difference is too much bro...when I ordered my Power3 screen, the price was 34k+2800(shipping) on Jumia and 15k on AliExpress (shipping inclusive).
The only downside of AliExpress is the 3weeks waiting and the recent dollar spending limit of $20 monthly

My monthly salary can pay my house rent like ten times. Unlike Ajah where six months salary will be used in financing house rent where one would be contributing to the ladnlord's development at the expense of one's personal growth and development.

In Ajah/Lekki axis, the annual rent feee is many people's 6-12 months slary, so they can't save. It's hand to mouth always. So instead of stay 2M per annum, i'm on a low-key on the mainland at 200k per annum setting up multiple businesses every month, next year, cash out big time.

Food is super. I buy six raps of semo and eight meats for 1200 Naira. You can't buy this at Ajah at this price. I always add yoghurt/Milk/Malt to make it 2k per meal. Bro, i'm living the yankee life in Berger..

Yes, and i change my soup daily. I can change up to as much as six different soups. More so, i'm known. Some time i could be in a hurry maybe i'm headed somewhere, without cash, i can take up to 2k food..

I have piexpress for my mid day snacks

When i want to change dollar, i dash into the bank call my aobki, less than 45 -60 minutes i;m done

Good day everyone. My umidigi A7S screen got damaged and I had to order one from AliExpress. The seller of the screen ( from AliExpress) told me to upgrade the software if the screen does not touch after fixing it. He also sent some documents and various instruction on how to upgrade it. I have taken the screen to an engineer and the touch of the screen didn't work but the display was perfect. I want to ask if I should to go ahead with the upgrading or I should return the screen? Thank you

A brief history of my journey with Umidigi brand.

I migrated from tecno to Umidigi around 2020.

I started with a7 pro, then A9 pro, i have no issues with these devices. Am patiently waiting for Umidigi bison gt2 pro to come out, i will sell off my A9 pro.

Note: i wanted to migrate to a11 pro but it wasn't much of an upgrade to me.

So finally my bro got himself A9 pro 4gb variant, he is having issues with Airtel configuration setting, i know they've treated this issues on so many occasions, please anybody who can remind me how to go about it. I was the one that convinced him to migrate to Umidigi.

Just got the Umidigi Bison pro from Jumia today and all I can say is that the phone is a beast!!!

Charged it to 100% and switched it on around 4:15pm. Been browsing since then and this is 10:42 pm: 6hrs 27 minutes later.

Guess what?

The battery percent is just 69%

Which means I can go till tomorrow morning or afternoon before charging again

Checked the cameras, both front and back, and they are wow!

I haven't even experienced any hanging for now

I hope to enjoy these features for a long time

In fact, the charger will never leave the house with me if I'm going out

The phone will be charged once in a blue moon. 5000 mah no be beans o.

I have to admit, this is the first time I'm using a phone of this brand and I'm impressed already.

Hopefully, Umidigi can keep it up.

UPDATE

So I left the phone on the table and left for work the second day.. came back at night, plugged the phone for charging and left it for like 25minutes and was doing something else in the oza room till the PHCN people do what they know how to do best... Only for my to unplug the phone and just with faith decided to switch it on.... And VOILA!!! It came on and booted perfectly..

But make una fear women with phone ooo... 2gb Ram phone... Madam don download all these camera filter apps and cartoon apps ontop phone and games. Phone con dey draw like snail when operating.. Movies nko.. like 40movies for gallery and another 15 for youtube..

I sha did the almighty cleansing and returned the phone to the madam that same evening.

Till now, the phone isdoing okay sha!!

End of my testimony!!!
