My 'Heylou Solar 5' smartwatch was hanging at "linehaul" for a month, but eventually handed over to "Local delivery company" last week. No movement after that.

Very good Smart watch and affordable, the heart rate sensor is very accurate.

I have finally been credited my refund by access bank after weeks waiting, the money was not complete due to exchange rate.

Close to 2 weeks now, i have not been credited my refund. Access bank customer care are not even being helpful, i've been going back and forth.

I'm confused and don't know what to do.
I can't just lose $235.40 just like that.

I paid for mine with Kuda Visa Card, I wanted to use Opay but my limit couldn’t allow for such transaction - refunds are fast if Opay was used too - got to know about Bybit card after I made the order

I have not been refunded to my access acc, opay are very fast when it comes to refund. i used my access bank card due to the promo discount.

7 days? UBA Just processed the refund for my tablet today.

I need this, but what i want to order is less about $100 (oneplus buds 4 and qcy N70) will i still get the discount of 20k and we will use Nobody as escrow.

Access and UBA be useless from Day 1; i'm not surprised. Banks that take 30 days to address ATM dispense error, you think they will treat disputes of international transaction(s) within a few days?

I'm surprised with the delay unlike when i used my opay and the refund was instant

Mine was a different story. The display had a line in it, so I opened a dispute and was refunded immediately. I then ordered an OEM display, which cost three times as much as the first OLED screen I bought. Now I’m stuck with an OLED screen with line and every other thing works, and a brand-new OEM one that I’m currently using.

Pls how long did it take for your refund to be credited to your bank, mine is 3 days now it have not been credited. AliExpress said i should contact my bank for then to process my refund which i did, while Access bank is telling me to contact AliExpress. I'm confused

Why is refund taking time to reflect on my Access bank account. Has anyone experienced delayed refund?

It was delivered to my home address which i paid the post man 1200

After 39 days, Nipost has finally delivered my package today.

Your screenshot shows you recently made an order, you need patience cause your in for a long ride before you take delivery of your orders.
