Its very possible. Some peeps still get admission even a day before matric. But this one everyone is talking of vc list. Its nt an easy list as u guys are thinking oo. Abi u gat the connection??

yes, if you use two sitting you are going to buy two scratch card, be it NECO, WAEC or NABTEB

for those dat are yet to be given admission get all dis credentials ready, dis wat was used last year

2014/2015 REGISTRATION EXERCISE
INSTRUCTIONS
(FRESH STUDENTS)
2014/2015 Registration is done online
and all students are expected to
complete online registration on or
before Sunday 4 March, 2015.
The registration is done in the following
order:
STAGE 1: CLEARANCE
STEPS:
1. Click on ‘e-portal Button’
2. Enter your Student ID and Password
to login to your personal page
3. Enter your date of birth, nationality
and number of sittings of your
examinations
4. Click the button ‘Update Admission
Data’ to continue, in case the system
logs you out; re-login with your
Student ID and Password and
continue.
5. Click on Academic Record
6. Enter your examination details.
Candidates with two sittings should
enter combination of the sittings on
the seven(7) result boxes provided
7. All Direct entry candidates should do
same as in 6 above and enter higher
education records
8. Upload scanned documents of the
following credentials (Guarantor/
Referee, Birth Certificate or
Declaration of Age, First Setting
Result, Second Setting Result,
Evidence of Name (in case of change
of name), Signature, State of Origin
and JAMB result slip with passport).
NOTE:
Ensure that your scanned documents
for upload are in jpeg or jpg format.
The Dimension for signature must be
150(height) x 170(width) pixels
The Dimension for other documents
must be 500(width) x 680(height) pixels
1. Click on ‘Submit Academic Records’
button to submit your data.
2. Wait until your status changes to
Cleared or Rejected . If Cleared
proceed to payment stage but if
Rejected , read the reason(s) for
rejection.
STAGE 2: PERSONAL DATA
Click on ‘Personal Data’ and update your
profile
STAGE 3: PAYMENT
STEPS:
1. Click the Registration fee link on the
right pane of your profile.
2. A payment page will be displayed
for confirmation.
3. Payment is done through Debit Card,
(MasterCard - Most preferred) or
Verve Card which is enabled for
online transaction.
4. Enter ATM card details (Card
number, expiry date, Security i.e. the 3
digits behind the card and pin
number)
5. This automatically debits N48,950
(foreign students are to pay
additional $750 in bursary unit.
NOTE:
If payment is successful, the screen will
display all the data you previously
entered and print button to print the
payment Slip.
If Payment is not successful, Take your
time to re-query and ensure your
account has not been debited before
initiating a new payment.
STAGE 4: ACCOMODATION
STEPS:
1. Click on Accommodation Link
2. A page showing your hostel type will
be displayed
3. Click on the ‘Book Only’ button to
book for accommodation and pay
later or click on ‘Book and Pay’
button to book and pay
immediately.
Note: For Female students, you
have option of choosing from Shehu
Aliyu block or others
1. Enter ATM card details (Card
number, expiry date, Security i.e. the 3
digits behind the card and pin
number)
1. Click on pay button to pay.
2. After payment, print out your
accommodation payment slip
and take it to the appropriate
hostel to see the hall
administrator.
NOTE: You have 72hrs to pay for
accommodation after booking ELSE your
accommodation will be revoked!!!.
STAGE 5: COURSE REGISTRATION
STEPS:
1. Click on Course Registration (A list of
courses will be displayed)
2. Click on the ‘Submit’ button to
submit and register for the courses
3. When the courses are successfully
submitted, a message is displayed
that your course form was
successfully submitted.
4. Click on the ‘Click here to Print’
button to print the course
registration form
NOTE:
After submission you can only view and
reprint your course registration form.
Submit the printed copy to Dean, HOD,
Level Adviser in your department.
STAGE 6: REGISTRY AND DEPARTMENTAL
REGISTRATION
STEPS:
After completing the online course
registration, the student is required to
collect a file each from the Academic
Office (Green File), School and
Department. A copy of each of the
under listed requirements will be
inserted into each file and submitted
accordingly:
Items Required:
1) Admission Letters:
FUT Minna online admission letter
(Compulsory)
JAMB online admission letter.
2) Birth Certificate/Sworn
Declaration of Age.
3) Certificate/Statement of Results
(O/L, IJMB, NCE, ND, HND, etc).
4) Indigeneship Certificate.
5) Online receipt of acceptance of
admission.
6) Online receipt of payment of
School fees
7) Letter of attestation from Parent/
Sponsor.
Medical Form (Obtainable online)
9) Course registration Form
(Obtainable online)
10) Scratch Card of the examination
body(ies) of the attached results (only
for green file).
Note: if you encounter any problem
during Registration, call the following
numbers between 9.00am to 5.00pm
Monday to friday.
