hopefully the President's new anti-corruption campaign will weed out all the cultists in government and those hiding in plain sight like

I see the N B M received a Cease and Desist Order today for the lawyers of anti-cultism activist Uche Tobias. Aside from near 500+ arrests in recent weeks ordered by Inspector General Police the N B M are under severe pressure from all sides. I hear they are defending further instances of legal action from many different sides as well as many more arrests planned by IGP and the President in different State in Nigeria.

Obviously it's done little to improve the image of this murderous mafia.

Under law, it is unlawful to engage in defamation of another’s character and reputation. Defamation consists of

(2) communicated to another; and
(3) that the speaker knew or should have known was false.

Your defamatory statements involved:

“He can best be described as a killer doctor whose certificate and brain has to be evaluated to be able to ascertain his mental state”

“WAS EXPELLED AS A MEMBER OF THIS ORGANISATION BECAUSE OF HIS BAD CHARACTERS WHICH INCLUDES RAPES, STEALING AND CONSTITUTING PUBLIC NUISANCE”

Accordingly, we demand that you (A) immediately cease and desist your unlawful defamation of Uche Tobias and The N e o B l a c k Movement of Africa provide us with prompt written assurance within ten (10) days that you will cease and desist from further defamation of Uche Tobias’s character and reputation.

If you do not comply with this cease and desist demand within this time period, Uche Tobias is entitled to seek monetary damages and equitable relief for your defamation. In the event you fail to meet this demand, please be advised that Uche Tobias has asked us to communicate to you that he will pursue all available legal remedies, including seeking monetary damages, injunctive relief, and an order that you pay court costs and attorney’s fees. Your liability and exposure under such legal action could be considerable.

Ofcourse I have traveled to Denmark, Sweden and Czech Republic. But the visa expired now. But for the South Africa, I didnt use it at all.
