Microsoft founder Bill Gates has now given $28 billion to charity, here are the ten points. 1. His kids like to tease him by singing the song "Billionaire" by Travie McCoy and Bruno Mars. 2. He's now given $28 billion to charity. 3. His three children, currently aged 15, 12 and nine, will reportedly inherit $10 million each (although Gates wouldn't disclose that amount in the interview), a slender sliver of his $56 billion net worth, because Gates says, "I don't think that amount of money would be good for them." 4. Did U2 star Bono invite Gates backstage when U2 was performing in Seattle? Not necessary, because Bono was staying at Bill's house that night. 5. Now dedicating his career to his $37.1 billion charitable foundation, Gates says when asked if he'll return to Microsoft full-time: "No. I'm part- time involved. But this is my job now." 6. Why try to cure malaria instead of cancer? Says Gates, "The world is putting massive amounts into cancer, so my wealth would have had a meaningless impact on that." 7. He haggles for good prices on vaccines: "We are super-smart about what we pay. We get price reductions. We can track how many kids get the vaccines." 8. People in Third World countries have no idea who he is. "They don't know who I am, because it doesn't relate to their world. I went to one place with the chief minister and someone said, 'Who is this guy?', and the chief minister said, 'This is a white-skinned guy I brought with me.'" 9. He has a Twitter account, but had a problem with Facebook: "... Because the friend requests got out of hand." 10. And the secret: Gates inadvertently revealed that his friend, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, is engaged to longtime girlfriend Priscilla Chan. That all I have for you know |

Have you ever set your heart on a mission and you hear someone says to you, 'that is impossible' 'that cannot be done', maybe it is your own heart that is even telling you, 'you cannot do it', 'that is beyond you', 'that is not for you', or you don't have what it takes to get to that level? Have you been looking for a way out of your problem and there is a red plaque before you saying "impossible"? Then I believe this is a message that God will use to transport you from your level of impossibility to possibilities in the name of Jesus Christ! You need to prove the work of God after reading this story A young man working in the army was constantly humiliated because he believed in God. One day the captain decided to humiliate him before the troops. He called the young man and said: Young man, take the key and go and park the Jeep in front. The young man replied: - I can not drive! The captain said: - But then ask your assistance from God! Show us that He exists! The young man took the key and walked to the vehicle, praying the whole time. ...As a result he parked the Jeep to the place PERFECTLY well as the captain wanted. The young man came out of the jeep and saw them all crying. They all said together: We want to serve your God! The young soldier was astonished, he wanted to know what was going on? CAPTAIN was crying, and he opened the hood of the jeep showing the young man that the car had no engine. Then the boy said: See? This is the God I serve, the God who gives life to what does not exist. You may think there are things that still impossible. THIS GOD OF IMPOSSIBILITY WILL BE YOUR GOD TODAY if u believe say amen!!!! |
Nigerian Rapper Olamide recently had an interactive session with pressmen at his office in Parkview Estate, Ikoyi to address controversial issues, his career, girlfriend……Olamide known for his indigenous rap style, disclosed that he is the black sheep in his family adding that he doesn't have a good relationship with his parents. "My mom and dad… I've never been that close to them. I don't stay at home often; I am just that stupid boy, more of a black sheep. I can't lie about it but the blood and love is strong. We love each other so much and we still keep in touch but my brother and my sister are closer to my parent. I am the middle child — between my sister and my brother." On his academics "I dropped out of school for music but I intend going back. I will be doing a professional course in South Africa to study Music Business and I'm certain about it. Hopefully in 2015. Clearing the air on his alleged beef with singer Wande Coal, he said "We never had any beef. We spoke on phone three days ago. When I heard the gist, I was also surprised. He is my guy, he is a street boy like me. Why I said they want to Wande Coal me, they want to Davido me on my song is that people are just out looking for who to use for a scapegoat, trying to bring you down… that was all I was trying to say. I don't have issues with them." He further cleared the air on the controversy he once had with media personality Toni Payne, "Toni Payne is my mother, my angel. I'd Cabasa is also my angel. They both helped me to get where I am today in my music career. If not for them, there will be no Olamide. Even if I once had a problem with Tony Payne, mistakes are meant to happen; nobody is perfect. She got a wrong piece of information about me. Wagging tongues told her stuff about me that were untrue and she took it and got vexed. But she didn't take it to the heart, she's still got it cool with me.. When asked to address his relationship with D'banj, the 'Durosoke' crooner said " 'banj is just my big brother. He callsme to advise me, he hides nothing from me, tells me about the industry, and he respects me for my hard work and puts me through business wise. We were just planning to do business; people hear things and get it twisted. Baba and I are still doing business low key and we have a lot of surprises coming very soon. " On marriage and female fans "My female fans, I treat them like my girlfriend. My girlfriend knows I show them love, but I keep it low key. I don't go too far. I don't want to take anybody for granted. I don't want it to seem like God gave me private part so I should be getting laid with every lady. I appreciate my fans, I show them love….God will decide when we'l get married" He concluded by stating that he rarely has time to sleep "I'm just chasing my dream, because based on my research, it seems Aliko Dangote doesn't sleep, Obama doesn't sleep, Bill Gate, the richest man in the world, still needs more, so I need no sleep either."you can read more more @reloadedgist..com |
