It is a loan to pay back in three months and this June is the month 27

Sir can you help me out with this question. Can money be deducted immediately once the person is paid in salary account or it is take some time

I mistakely borrowed money from access bank and is salary account.
My question is will the money be deducted immediately when the money drop, or it will take sometimes, pls I need answers
