Please I really need a reply to this.

I submitted my documents and biometric at tlscontact france abuja over 9days now. And I discovered have not receive any acknowledge or checklist message since then? And I was told that they do send messages after submission of documents for acknowledgement, and I did this application myself and I put my own email and phone number

I just want to ask if this my experience do happen also, because am beginning to be scared.
