MR WIP....i would like to know if i can do this and hw easy it will be....
I want to apply to a University in NC and after One academic year transfer to another european country( estonia,poland,latvia or sweden) to continue my education....How easy will this be and will it be more expensive?

After checking out the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs website, i found out that Belgium embassy in Abuja can issue Estonian Visa

What don't you understand about the second link? You dismissed the issue of racism before and now trying to play down the issue, racism in Russia is well documented, denying it is just being unreasonable.
