Hello guys pls assist me, my p9 for sometime now have been experiencing this issue, anytime I put off my phone it doesn't on after a while of pressing the power botton it will now on, if I put it off to charge it doesn't show charging, at times it will enter its head and show charging and also on inec but most times it doesn't and when ever the fone is on it takes time to charge so I usually put it on airplane mode but what's the problem and how can I solve it pls help me

Pls pls you guys should help me, someone bought a packaged p9 for me but ever since then the camera always display like dew, it isn't clear, have checked all the settings they are accurate but I can't use it, pls help me on what to do because am a shame when someone will say snap or video me and I can't do any
