To avoid getting impeached by legitimate lawmakers
from Ekiti state for gross misconduct, Governor
Ayodele Fayose has embarked on blocking roads
leading to the state capital, Ado-Ekiti with buses, logs
of wood and bonfires.
The governor initially disappeared from the state
capital to avoid being served with the impeachment

However, sources told Saharareporters that since
losing the Presidential elections on March 28th, 2015,
President Goodluck Jonathan has refused to provide

explosion has reportedly occurred at a polling
booth in Enugu State.
The blast was reportedly caused by a car bomb which
went off at the WTC Primary School in the state,
according to Daily Post.
Details of the incident are still sketchy but updates
will be provided as events unfold.
Nigerians all around the country have gathered at
various such booths to cast their votes for today’s
(March 28) Presidential elections.
Speaking on the incident, The Commissioner of
Police, Dan Bature, confirmed the blast and said
another was averted by the Anti-Bomb Squad.

A "hurt" Arsene Wenger has demanded a response
to Arsenal's shock Champions League defeat to
Monaco when they welcome Everton to the Emirates
Stadium on Sunday.
The critics were left sharpening their knives after the
Gunners slipped to a 3-1 home loss to Leonardo
Jardim's men in Wednesday's Champions League
last-16 first leg, which left them a tall order to turn
the tie around in the return meeting.
Arsenal were too often exposed in defence against
the Ligue 1 side, while striker Olivier Giroud endured
a dreadful outing in front of goal.
Wenger was not interested in playing the blame
game, though, insisting the team must take collective
responsibility and put in a much improved showing
as they look to consolidate third place in Premier
League.
"There's nobody to blame individually. Who is a
striker who didn't miss a chance? The fact that we
missed some chances was only one of the
characteristics of the night," he told reporters.
"For us what is important is to respond well. We are
on a strong run in the Premier League and we have
to respond to that disappointment in a strong way on
Sunday afternoon - that's all we can do.
"What is hurting is the defeat more than the criticism.
I do not say I'm immune to it. I love to win and when
I don't win, I'm hurt of course."
In contrast to Arsenal's woes, Everton's continental

The Premier League champions have re-discovered
their scoring form as they prepare to face last
season's Champions League conquerors at the Etihad
Stadium
Manchester City will look to avenge last season's
Champions League exit and reach the quarter-
finals for the first time when they take on Barcelona
at the Etihad Stadium on Tuesday.
Barca defeated City at the same stage of last season's
competition - a 4-1 aggregate success set up by a 2-0
win at the Etihad Stadium, with Manuel Pellegrini's
side having a man sent off in both fixtures.
City, however, head into the match having
rediscovered their form and scoring touch, with the
last two Premier League games yielding six points
and nine goals.
Saturday's 5-0 hammering of Newcastle United was
City's first triumph at home since New Year's Day and
came on the same day leaders Chelsea dropped two
points against Burnley.
With his side's domestic title chances having received
a boost, Pellegrini's focus will now fall on helping City
finally reach the last eight.
The Chilean is without Yaya Toure, however, as he
concludes a suspension following his dismissal
against CSKA Moscow. James Milner, who missed the
clash with Newcastle, trained on Monday and looks
set to return to the line-up in the Ivorian's place.
Should he miss out, however, he will be replaced by
either Frank Lampard or Jesus Navas.
Barcelona, meanwhile, will seek to exorcise the
