The responsibility of a good president is to guarantee the security of lives and properties of his counntry men, but he has failed in this respect.
It tooK GEJ 10 months to visit Borno because of election campaign, but not for the Chibok girls. Is that an example of a good father or president? Obama, Mandela, and other western leader who value the lives of their citizens would react responsibly.
