Someone want to get a Macbook Pro. The prices on the iStore website are significantly more than those she's seeing on Jiji. New - not used. Same spec. For example a Macbook Pro with the spec: M4 16gb RAM, 1TB SSD is 3.5m on the iStore and 2.7 to 2.8 on Jiji. New. What risk (if any) would she be taking if she goes the Jiji option? The plan is to find the seller on Jiji and go the store to buy - most are in Ikeja. Can the risks be mitigated or should she just go for the iStore option? Also, would warranty work? |
I run a technology startup that caters to several SMEs. Many of our clients need to purchase hardware and pay installmentally. In collaboration with a hardware supplier, I need to create a means for the SMEs to do this easily. While I understand that some credits checks will be necessary, the administrative work need to do this per organization must not be cumbersome. How do I go about this? |
I stay in Lagos. The electricity in my area isn't the worst but I hate it. One day on, one day off; which means one day without light followed by another with possibly some light. For my work, I need electricity all the time (or almost); so I'm thinking of migrating. The thing is, the light in my area wasn't always this bad, so I'm aware of the fact that the amount of available electricity in an area can change over time. What I need is a place in Nigeria where the electricity is very good and is likely to remain good in the foreseeable future. What such places are there? |
Spectranet 4G? It's some serious crap! Not good enough to watch a youtube video without breaking. Tried it in the morning, afternoon, evening and midnight - same nonsense. My etisalat modem did me much better. |
