I already downloaded d rom so if i go to carl care they will just help me flash that rom cause i need this stuff and how much is ihot note screen

Pls someone help me.... How do i update my hot note.... I av sp flash tool..... D rom..... I am rooted and i installed cwm recovery.... Will sp flashtool still work for me? And so there no way of installing this rom using cwm recovery only?
