i remember having similar issue on my phone. try this, remove and insert your sim after some mins. after leave your data on then put it on airplane for some more mins, put it back on.

Hello... I got a new phone(xiaomi redmi note 4x) and I can't use it to browse
I have over 1gig in the sim and it browses on other phones except my new phone...I need immediate assistance

Reset the apn and reboot. It could be network related and not your phone.

But your whatsapp was able to access the Internet. I'm guessing it's from your mobile data. And how about the network speed icon?

Always give details about your issue, to start with what network.? Check APN settings you might need to add manually
