Samci.. You have bricked your system and your bios is corrupt. I doubt you can handle that on your own. If you contact Dell they would tell you straight you need a new board. Howevers, one can always recover it. But it means recreating things from scratch and writing the new bios software to the board.

I need it if you can get it let me know
