OFFSHORE TO OFFSHORE

BANK ENDORSED CHEQUE WITH CORPORATE COVER LETTER

RATE IS 435 LESS 5.

TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:

1. The seller will send an MOU for the buyer to sign and return with bank endorsed cheque scanned to the mandate.

2. After CLIENT submission of bank endorsed cheque.

3. Upon successful confirmation, PROVIDER bank credit CLIENT bank Offshore account, from PROVIDER’S Offshore Account

4. PROVIDER transfers first to the CLIENT's designated USD-Receiving Account offshore and sends a telex copy for confirmation and the CLIENT upon confirmation of the transfer, releases naira equivalent inclusive of Consultants money within 24 hours, to the designated accounts in the Payment schedule.

5. This transaction is entirely between CLIENT and PROVIDER.

6. Transfer of Dollar must be directly to the CLIENT’s Dollar receiving offshore account. No further crediting will be entertained or allowed.
