thanks for the feedback, is 10m a good opening balance? I will be submitting my payslips, business account and also sales of land documents and receipts. Can i use globus bank or parallex bank for visa application?

It’s PPR everyone🥹… it’s been God all the way, this journey was not an easy one but am forever grateful and another special thanks to Bobomaigida for his unlimited assistance and support.

I sent several webforms and emails to all the Ircc email addresses I can get online after I submitted the request letter but no positive response. Even sent to MP as well no response. Two days ago, I stumbled upon some set of new Ircc email addresses I saw here and I decided to send another mail to all of them. Fortunately for me , PPR dropped last night around 8:25pm. Have attached the email address for anyone that’s still waiting for response from Ircc, God will come through🙏

What are the documents you submitted to proof the property sale in respect of the lump sum on account? Deed of assignment between you the seller and buyer, does the buyer"s name reflect on your bank statement for the lump sum, naration for the lump sum, valuation report that determines the property value, copies of previous documents possessed by you on the property .

Secondly, what are the documents submitted to show the business is functional and viable. Like the company's bank statement, tax certificate, audited report, letter of awards of contract or to provide a service etc.

It goes beyond just explanation in your SOP, logically convincing documents are to be provided to butress every claim.

You say you were recently refused visa but asking what documents one needed to submit for application. What did you submit before?

i submitted in august, cac, status report, submitted 2 landeds document and pof of 36CAD, sales of property I liquidated which was explained for the lump sum. On my gcms i was told financial information was not properly supported with income tax paid, contracts, financial statement or any other document established companys income. I need someone that has self sponsored their self through their business to guide me through on how to properly reapply and documents i need to get to prove beyond reasonable doubt that i can sponsor myself. Thanks
