the isd does not help with anything, it only raises your hypertension, i regret wasting my time verifying it, the only thing to do is to wait, the query i raised two days ago did not have a response til today, its pointless Trust22: One of the major challenges with that ISD is the verification process especially when you don't have any other ID apart from your international passport....
Since my international passport is with embassy, I printed a coloured copy of it, but ID-PAL rejected it.. vr |

this one be say thes school has said no more, i havent even gotten a decision till now, ive been waiting for 16 weeks Jandminded: Same here, my heart is very heavy.
And the most disturbing part of it is that nobody even knows if they would be approved or denied.
Because, it will be very painful to use more than 9 weeks to deny someone's application.
Denying shouldn't even be taking more than 5 weeks, so that someone would know his stance on time and move on. |

iamekechip: So apparently my faculty at TU Dublin, plans to extend past the 28th Sept deadline. We'll see how it goes please in their earlier extension did they say they would not be giving any final deadline? Because my school said they wouldn’t give a final deadline so I don’t know |

its very confusing at this point. i am very confused as well, embassy takes a long time to even reply to emials OsemeVin: I just sent an email for deferral now to Jan 2027 Intake as registration deadline is Monday Sept 28th (TU Dublin) and I am yet to receive a decision for my visa application. What is my fate now? Where do I go from here? Do I wait it out till the embassy makes a decision and request for a new offer and date or do I proactively inform the embassy of my new course commencement date?.. I am literally confused at this point. I would appreciate an advice abeg because I don tire. |

Life truly differs, I just saw a TikTok of a girl that applied April and her decision took just 9 days to come out. Nna ehn from same Nigeria here oh. It is well I believe the Irish schools will be flexible for us and our visas will not exceed this month |

Jandminded: It's tiring honestly.
But you can't apply to any country for this September, unless you are considering other countries for January, which could be UK.
The japaa matter don dey tire me sef. it’s really really tiring |

Many things I can't do because I can't tell if I will be around for long or not. it’s so depressing at this point |

Chinyimma: Even me too July 22nd. But I met a girl on TikTok that just relocated she said her process took just 9 weeks. What’s now happening I don’t know if this people have priority waitlist, if so they should tell all of us let everybody pay, or maybe her uncle or someone she knows works at the embassy and that’s probably why ours are been pushed down. Everything in Nigeria is nepotized |

Jandminded: Had it been it's UK visa I applied for, I possibly would've been there by today.
I even had an offer from a UK university the same time, yet I chose Ireland🤦🏾♂️ it’s so depressing, today makes it 100 days since the embassy received my passport. No movement no news nothing nothing. How can you hold someone’s passport for 14 weeks and 2 days |

Trust22: The list they are releasing next is for those they already attended to last week. So if your application number is meant to be there, you should have gotten a call or email from them
For this week we just entered, the list will come out upper Monday....
For me, it seems obvious Ireland doesn't want much people in their country this period.. Once it's 28 September and I haven't received anything from them, that's the end... but then they can also just reject it instead of keeping people in limbo. It’s easier for them to just say oh, rejected than holding people’s passport for so long. My application was received since June 9th till today nothing. |

Toolsin: Abuja have 3 other 🌍 application. The list uploaded weekly is for 4 🌍 country. Statically is like they treat less than 10 files from each. I heard lots of students are waiting. It is well. this thing they are doing is unfair. No matter if it’s 10 countries . They ought to follow their own rules |

I don’t know how you can keep someone’s passport for 3 months, not minding if they have other engagements during this time. It’s actually unfair, they make their own principles and end up breaking them. |

0xJRD: So far, it's only about 3 people that shared they have gotten a decision for this September intake, going through the thread. The delay is general, everyone's complaining, even Indians. I'm guessing the application for this intake was a lottt but it doesn’t take even 1 hour to accept or reject someone. Don’t just keep people waiting |

I am very tired with these people, can someone staying in abuja not visit the embassy physically? or is there some other way these people operate? emails and calls get same generic response. my apllication was recieved according to vfs since 9th june |
