Science/Technology / Siri And Google Assistant One On One Comparison In New Video by emyblingz: 2:44am On Oct 25, 2016
A lot has been made recently over Siri’s shortcomings as an intelligent personal assistant, especially relative to the capabilities of Google Assistant on Google’s new Pixel phones. Speaking to this point, Walt Mossberg not too long ago penned a widely circulated post lambasting Siri for its frustrating inability to answer layered questions.
Siri has undoubtedly come a long ways since its introduction on the iPhone 4s back in 2011, but there’s no getting around the fact that Apple’s intelligent personal assistant faces increasingly stiff competition not only from Google, but also from Amazon and upstarts like Viv (now a Samsung property).

Botnets are one of the most sophisticated methods of cyber crime. Cyber criminals use botnets for a wide range of activities, such as sending spam messages, spreading viruses, launching denial-of-service attacks and supporting illegal websites. The main goal of carrying out such an attack is for financial gain, which is usually proportional to the size of the botnet.
Although the service outage was mitigated within hours, not only did this cause immense confusion and inconvenience to end-users, but it showed the increasing strength of these types of cyber-attacks. So the question is “Who was behind the attacks?”
Well, long story short, we don’t know yet. The US Department of Homeland Security is currently investigating. But we know that these attacks were created READMORE......http://emyblingz.com/read-the-story-behind-why-the-internet-was-down-last-friday-2/
