@suxxii thanks was thinking about that,@lagospussii the system does not boot if it passes the first screen that askes u for f1,f8 option the next thing is system locked enter HDD password

a friend sent me a lappy frm abroad but its requesting 4 HDD password without it, it cant boot does anyone knw hw to bypass or repair it with any software or any how? plz help.

Fairly used laptops-toshiba satellite centrino duo 1.2 gig ram,120 hard disck,dvd/cd writer,15" screen,wlan,1.6 processor N53k and toshiba pentium duo core 17" wit above spec +bluetooth N56k.
