Can someone who has a 2nd class lower apply for masters degree in a reputable Canadian university.
What's the possibility of been accepted ?

While in camp my state code fell under Wema bank but I registered with stanbic . It's been 2 weeks now , people have been receiving allowee but I have not
Is the bank registration the cause and what do you advice I do
