Hmmm, it makes courage to do things; some of which ordinary people wouldn't even dare to do, but I can't help but praise your efficiency in composing poems. There's every chance she shows gratitude for this and it dies a natural death; and there's also a chance she accepts your warmest regards and offers a hand of friendship -- whichever way works, it totally depends on the intent of the desirer.

lalas247 is a nice lady actually. We've been friends for a couple of years now -- even though we're not as we used to be before -- but she still turns out to be polite and friendly.

Nonetheless, you have made a friend, but keep your intentions on a more practical and reasonable level.

I'm humbled boss; initially I was skeptical about dropping it but I didn't want the whole write up to go to waste so I showed forwarded to my friend and he was like, "one of lalas fans" so I told him to rate it and he gave me a good score so I created the thread.
Funny thing is, I'm the shy introverted type and I just said, let's try this and if it back fires considering the nature of Nairaland, fine.
I wish I can have the insight to do this more often.

I promise you, my intentions are transparent as water and glass prisms.

Not the weight, curves. Caro was like from flat to curvy .
I do work out considering I had this ectomorphic physique, I had do something about it.
And health wise, my systolic and diastolic blood pressure is at normal range and sickness seldom comes my way due to lack of fitness.
I wish people knew the importance of exercise as a whole.

My drive na the way and manner she's working on herself which is great.
Another motivation was the Carolina Danjuma thread, I mean her 'before and after' transformation. I had to compare both cases, one will prefer to do surgeries to bring the shape they desire while lalas247 would get that done with patience and endurance via work outs.

I'm not a woman appreciator, the shape of you idea was triggered out of appreciation, development and a euphoric atmosphere of who it was intended for.

I love fitness and I want to believe she's fit.
I seldom participate in this section and we don't converse. I don't fancy crushing online cos it ends up in futility. Why crush on someone you're never gonna meet?
Though this is going to give me boldness in the aspect of just writing and also improving.

Having observed Lalas247 for some time, I was obliged to write something for her. She might have come across better write ups but it's not bad if I drop a few words of appreciation.
I take my time to scrutinize her posts whenever I come across them and there was this chat she was having with a user here and she talked about preparing for work out.
I was moved, why because she works on her self to get certain things done which I appreciate.
A handle of females are unwilling to go that extra mile and get that shape in place instead sit down in a trance picturing the shape they desire without them backing these thoughts with actions.
Let's work on ourselves to bring out the best in us and also to make certain dreams come to past.
@Lalas24/7, I hope you don't mind some of the terms used 'cos I'm not really good in expressions.
Some times, it's pertinent we share our A-ha! moments.
It's a short one but I hope you love it.

Interesting read.
What's the point of graduating with a degree in Engineering if you're not going to be a certified Engineer with immediate effect?
That's why it's pertinent institutions should need to concentrate on building engineers instead of dilly dallying for five years in the University then you go for training on what you ought to have known all these years.
The system needs to be revamped with better training models to produce better engineers.
NSE, COREN and co are quite docile in resolving some of this issues.
