One indicator i have come to respect and hardly go against is the BBSTOP...go against it at your peril

endfx1: AUDUSD....a closer look at the candle of friday will tell us what AU is likely to do...On the chart below is a valid pin bar formation off the monthly pivot with a bounce on the major trend line and also rejection of the down channel line all this makes this setup a strong bullish signal for AU because of the confluence factors..the PA is also resting on a 50% retracement from the last swing low and i guess we know what that means?

Anyways enough of the analysis lets get down to business afterall the market can always decide to do it's own thing and rubbish everything

How i plan to take this setup

1. Place a BUY LIMIT at 50% fibo retracement and stop loss 10pips below the low of the pin bar....coz sometimes price can go down to retest the low by just less than 10pips and turn back up so if your stop loss is 3-5pips below the trade will stop you out only for you to seat and watch it turn back in your direction...

2. Place a BUY STOP at the break of the high of the pin bar with stop loss below it's low..

Target 1.047xxx

endfx1: EJ is ready to do some good rally northward all things been equal....The daily chart below speaks for it self with an inside pin bar formation and a break of trend line....

I will approach this market in two ways...

1. I either wait for a pullback to buy deep and follow it up with tight SL OR

2. Place a pending BUY STOP 3pips above the high of the mother bar which happen to be Thursday's high and my SL below the low of Friday

1st target 105.45xx

2nd target 107.28xx

EU has just reached 50% fibo at 2900 of the fall from 3130 high on the 18/10/12 to 2660 low on 13/11/12...

That is why i said it's a point to watch...
