So we decided to take over our project after the carcass was completed by the contractor. To the glory of God We've been able to get the following done

1. Electrical piping (conduit)
2. Plumping piping
3. Wiring
4. Doors installation in progress
5. POP ceiling in progress
6. Soak-away casted...sinking in progress.
7. Interior plastering is 90% done
8. Exterior plastering started.
9. Borehole drilled
10. Aluminum windows
11. Burglary proof.

Here are the services we currently need at the moment

1. We need a very good tiler who can install @ N200 per SQM for all 5 flats
2. someone who can supply good tiles.
3. We need someone who does balcony rails and stairs rails............stainless and wrought iron to be specific.
4. someone who can supply the bathroom, toilet and kitchen fixtures (Sweethome preferably).
