I have a customer in USA that wants to buy colanut from me but wants to pay with PayPal. I have a PayPal account opened Nigeria with Nigerian information and verified with gtb Mastercard. Can I use the PayPal account to receive payment from the customer in USA & sell it as paypal money without withdrawing it from my gtb account because I feel withdrawing it from gtb account will be at a lower rate. Pls advice. Thank you.
