I have been using this blackberry 9900 *Bold 5* for about 6months now ,I already paid for it before I realized that if the bluetooth or wifi is not on the phone goes off , please if anybody have a solution for this phone issue, the tip will be very helpful cause I am tired of charging my phone for more hours than I use it .had to buy a new battery yesterday , cause the former battery got damaged due to over use ,thanks in advance |

I have been using the line for about 8 months, but for two weeks now I have not been able to make calls with the MTN sim card ,anytime I try to make a call it hangs up before ringing the funny thing is that at first anytime I dial a number the mtn automated machine reply's me a automated voice saying something like *you are not allowed to call this number* but these days it doesn't say anything,when ever I dial a number now it hangs up even before ringing have been looking for unbarring codes to unbarr it because I thought it was a outgoing call barring issue . Couldn't get any , have also tried contacting the MTN customer care ...all trials have been abortive __please is there anybody that know anything I can do to make my sim work again --- I have about #5,000 credit on it at the moment __*all suggestions and help will be appreciated ,thanks in advance |
